Ok. It is moving along. Let me tell you this. With Da Vida Restaurant now in full swing and with the Beach Bar operating, Smokey's on the Cove now has a sibbling in the North Side!
Crocus Bay is BACK for real. The developer over Crocus Bay will however run out of time. With the Viceroy in Full operation now it is clear that unless some of the other smaller upscale properties get into the marketing Mix, Crocus Bay could again disappear because of bad timing.
Now is the time to return to Crocus Bay and smart money will move there NOW.
